Project 50, 25 of 50. Fifty faces, with my 50mm lens, in 50 days.
For the half way point in the “50 shots” I thought I would put in a self portrait. See me there? Yes, yes, I know. I’m a bit behind on the “50 days” part of the program. I’ve had my son get married and a family reunion with at least 5 days of travel because of the two. I know that is no excuse, but I would rather do something I like, then to just do it because of my own deadline. And, I have 25 days to go, I may get back on track. Stay tuned.
Other then me in the photo there is Kathleen. Kathleen was born the same year as I was in the same state, Michigan. Then she moved all over the US but ended up back in Berkley, MI for the birth of her first son – the same small town I was born in. She lived in China for a bunch of the last few years as well.
Now, for those of you who actually remember “PageMaker”, this is a fun story. She is a graphic designer, and did the re-design of the Franklin Day Planners back when PageMaker was the hot new program out there. They went from hand drawn art to new fangled PageMaker pages. Pretty cool I think.
