Bowling Ball Beach #2
Here is another image from my new favorite Mendocino County Beach. I spent a bit of time there, at really low tide in the mornings, and at sort of a medium tide later in the day, and the place is very different at different tides. I think I have 4 or 5 pictures I really like from my time there, this is number 2.
In case you are wondering, to find the beach park your car here. You will find two paths there, one goes down into trees right away, the other is to the north and goes up over a field. Follow the upper path to the beach. Then walk north on the beach maybe a third of a mile or so and you are there. Great place, find it if you have time. If you want the water to be just hitting the rocks you want you tide to be at about 2 feet, check the local tide tables for the right time.

Seth - Fantastic image. I also think the BW conversion makes the image. I like the other two (you have posted so far) of this beach as well, but I think this is my favorite.
